Originally from South Carolina, Margie Smith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Retailing from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas. A retired veteran of the United States Army, Margie dedicated 15 years to human resources and project management, earning a Certificate in Project Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. Her commitment to service extends to her work in real estate, where she leverages her expertise to guide clients through the complexities of home buying and selling.
Since relocating to League City in 2016, Margie has developed a passion for real estate, becoming an investor and property manager in the Houston market since 2019. As a new home construction specialist, she is dedicated to helping clients build and manage their real estate portfolios while navigating the intricate details of property ownership. Margie’s military background has equipped her with a unique perspective on relocation and transition, allowing her to build lasting relationships with clients.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Margie enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Jeremiah and son Jeremiah Jr. She is an active member of Church of the Bay, where she nurtures her spiritual gifts.
